ARCO Group was founded in 1950 as Abdul Rehman & Co., initially focused on the fruit and textile sectors. Through the dedicated and honest efforts of our team, and with a commitment to societal betterment, ARCO Group expanded into small-scale industries.
In 1998, we launched our tea production venture, establishing the Kashmir Tea Factory in Zainkot HMT. This marked a major milestone for the group, providing significant employment opportunities to local youth. Prior to this, in 1995, ARCO Group entered the flour industry with the launch of ARCO Flour.
In 2002, we diversified further by starting ARCO Plywood, adding to our growing portfolio. However, the groupโs most significant achievement came with its entry into cement production, where we experienced tremendous success.
